On June 20 and 21, 2026, the Federal Ministry of Health will open its doors as part of the Federal Government’s Open House. You and your family are cordially invited to visit the Ministry. The doors will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on both days (last admission at 5:30 p.m.).

Take a look behind the scenes and learn more about current topics related to health, care, prevention, and digitalization in the healthcare sector. We will also introduce you to the work of the Federal Institute for Public Health (BIÖG), the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI), and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

Talk with the staff and leadership of the BMG, discover the Ministry on a guided tour, and learn about the diverse topics the Ministry covers. An exciting interactive activity course on the theme of “health” with small prizes and a varied stage program awaits children and adults alike.

Refreshments will be available in the cafeteria, at the barbecue stand, at free water bars, and at the Coffee-Bike.
