Inclusive offer

The ‘quiet hour’ offers a focused, stress-free art experience at the Hamburger Bahnhof. Once a month, a selected exhibition can be enjoyed for one hour between 4 pm and 5 pm during deliberately quiet periods with a limited number of visitors and no large groups.

This initiative is aimed at people with disabilities or those on the neurodivergent spectrum, as well as all visitors with sensory needs who prefer a quieter museum visit – and also at their families, friends and carers.

Staff at the Hamburger Bahnhof are informed about these special access times and take this into account when assisting visitors and handling the artworks.

On the day of the event, ear protectors will be available as a support service.
