It’s rare for a singer and musician from Germany to begin his career in the very cradle of pop music—namely, England—and to go on to build a remarkable career there.

Sebastian Schub
In the case of the talented singer Sebastian Schub—born in Berlin-Spandau, raised in Hamburg—the exception proved the rule. At the tender age of 15, he went to England for a semester abroad and, in true wanderlust fashion, never really returned.
In May 2025, he went on a four-date tour of Germany, which will now be followed by three new dates this October in Berlin, Hamburg, and Cologne. After more than ten years in London, the Hamburg native returns to his homeland this regularly. Call it a homecoming.
