Led by singer-songwriter Sammy Rae and perfectly in sync after years of touring, the group shines on every stage – thanks to their unmistakable blend of palpable chemistry, virtuoso skill and vocal fireworks.
Their sound, which has won over thousands of new fans in recent years, is a unique blend of Sammy’s influences: classic rock, folk and funk, refined with soul and jazz. Rae has been working towards this moment ever since she moved from Connecticut to New York City in her early twenties. As she initially found no existing network there, she simply created her own: the ‘Friends’ – both literally and figuratively.
Following the release of their debut album *Something For Everybody* in 2024, SAMMY RAE & THE FRIENDS represent far more than just a band: they are a genuine movement, enthusiastically embraced by a refreshingly diverse audience.
