Reporters without Borders Germany is presenting the human rights prize »Golden Dove of Peace« to the Russian media group OVD-Info, which is active in clearing up cases of indiscriminate imprisonment. The speech honouring OVD-Info will be given by ZEIT editor Alice Bota.
