At the invitation of the Berlin Philharmonic
Mitsuko Uchida is considered an incomparable interpreter of the works of Mozart, Schubert, Schumann and Beethoven as well as a promoter of the piano music of Alban Berg, Arnold Schönberg, Anton Webern and György Kurtág. She was named Musical America's 2022 Artist of the Year and is a Carnegie Hall Perspectives Artist for the 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 seasons.
