How about a spontaneous concert visit to the Philharmonie during your lunch break, and for free? From September to June you have the opportunity to do so every Wednesday at 1 p.m.
In the 40 to 50 minutes of the program, you can expect varied performances ranging from chamber music to piano pieces to drum duos - from Tchaikovsky to tango, there is something for every taste.
Members of the Berlin Philharmonic, the Karajan Academy and guests from the German Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin State Orchestra and the Berlin music academies regularly perform. From 12 p.m. you can also get in the mood for the concert with high-quality and inexpensive catering.
