Interactive Role-Playing Improv

THEATER OF THE MIND
Theater of the Mind is an interactive role-playing improv show. Three players and a game master role-play on stage, improvising a wild, exciting, and funny story. The characters and the initial plot are set, but how everything unfolds depends entirely on the dice and the players’ improv skills.
And it’s not just the players who take part: the audience is right in the thick of it, too. You can roll the dice, suggest locations and characters—or simply sit back in the back rows and enjoy the action.
Theater of the Mind is an anthology in which each issue features a different story in a different genre—from fantasy to noir crime to sci-fi, anything is possible. Our first shows on July 23 and 26, 2026, will use the sci-fi RPG *Lasers & Feelings* by John Harper.
IS THE SHOW THE SAME ON BOTH DATES?
No! A different plot will be improvised each evening; the performances do not build on one another. Only the setting and the players’ characters remain the same. So it’s definitely worth coming back!
CONTENT NOTES
Since this is an improvised show, specific themes aren’t always predictable. In general, the following may occur: violence, death, body horror, space, and the associated confined interiors and vast, dangerous outer spaces. The show is rated FSK 16.
