The documentary ‘THE FUZZTONES VS THE WORLD’ highlights the legendary garage rock band The Fuzztones' career, which spans over 40 years.
Founded in the early 1980s in New York City, the band's innovative psychedelic punk helped shape an exciting new music scene. At the centre of it all is the charismatic bandleader Rudi Protrudi, whose unstoppable passion continues to drive the band to this day. The documentary was directed by Danny Garcia, known for works such as The Rise and Fall of The Clash, Looking for Johnny and Nightclubbing.
After the screening, the Eschschloraque invites you to the official afterparty.
DJ Mr Cigarette Butt presents a unique mix of garage rock, Italian beat and protopunk – music that is both dark and driving. His unmistakable passion for sounds is rooted deep in the underground scene: from the wildest rock'n'roll beats to the synthetic sounds of the 80s. With each track, the dance floor becomes a stage for intense musical emotions.
