Kunstwoche der Kommunalen Galerien Berlin

Kunstwoche expands across all of Berlin’s districts to serve as a platform for both emerging and more established artists. It brings local perspectives into dialogue with international approaches while offering insights into current artistic and social discourses. Works by more than 150 artists will be on show in 44 solo and group exhibitions across 36 municipal galleries. The program brings together a variety of expressive formats, media, and curatorial approaches to highlight the multiplicity of voices in Berlin’s art world.

The festivities kick-off with an opening party at ACUD MACHT NEU featuring a performance by Selin Davasse, Carlo Karacho live in concert, and a DJ set by Edna Martinez. The Young Program is aimed at younger art enthusiasts with workshops that combine gallery visits and hands-on creative work. Rounding off the Kunstwoche are guided tours offering the opportunity to visit multiple galleries in one day and discover a range of exhibitions.

Participation in all events is free of charge.
