Flaka Haliti, Artist, in conversation with Catherine Nichols, curator at Hamburger Bahnhof
Flaka HalitiSince the beginning of her artistic career, Flaka Haliti has dealt with social structures and power relations in sculptures, installations and photographs - with humour, acumen and poetry.
She talks to Catherine Nichols about her work "Just Hanging Around", which has been on show since June in the exhibition "National Gallery. A Collection for the 21st Century": a curtain hanging from the ceiling like a sunset over the Mediterranean.
