The Dutch post-hardcore heroes are touring with new music after a seven-year break. Three songs have been released so far: Steam Waltz, The Revenue Was Sick! and Sing And Hope It's Out Of Tune. The new album "Four" picks up where the band left off seven years ago and offers boundless energy, from insanely loud to very quiet.

After John Coffey rocked and screamed countless clubs and festivals around the world, in September 2016 it was over from one day to the next. The five band members needed time for themselves. But in late 2020, the irrepressible urge to make music together again led to the reunion and the band secretly began recording their new album with producer Adrian Bushby.

John Coffey continues to have no answers to the uncertainties of a changing world, the daily worries, or a society on the verge of collapse. There's a lot of anger that needs to get out. Nevertheless, John Coffey emphatically stand for nuances and depth and not for polarization.

With "Four" John Coffey returns to the Berlin stage at just the right time.
