One-person play – tragicomedy
NVULNERABLE is a play written in Berlin, a kind of duel between the protagonist—Palma (María Magdalena González Atao)—and the city of Berlin.
Palma opens her boxes and recounts a journey through this metropolis spanning more than thirty years, unfolding in a sequence of stops, transitions, and inner landscapes.
It is a journey in which bilingualism, hybridization, dark humor, and folksy wit play a role. Palma has experienced love and fear. Palma has survived. The litany of the city, her own shadows, the neighbors, the authorities, and her alter ego accompany her.
