With Khuê Phạm and Deniz Utlu

An evening with Reinickendorf author and ZEIT journalist Khuê Phạm and writer Deniz Utlu, who exchanged emails about their understanding of home during their travels through Taiwan, Mexico, Germany, and the US.

How much do childhood experiences shape us? What feelings do they have about the country's development? And why does it sometimes feel safer to be on the road than at home? A reading from her correspondence “I am writing to you while flying above the clouds at 800 kilometers per hour” (HKW/Diogenes).

(Programme in German)
