On October 25, 2026, the Icelandic composer, cellist, and singer will present her new symphonic program, “This Will Be Us,” together with the German Symphony Orchestra Berlin in the Chamber Music Hall of the Berlin Philharmonic. Hildur Guðnadóttir’s music ranges from experimental pop to contemporary classical and film scores.

Her score for Joker received numerous awards, including an Oscar, while her score for the television series Chernobyl earned a Grammy. In This Will Be Us, she presents a new symphonic programme featuring orchestral reworkings of music she has written over the past two decades.
