With ghost Waldemar through the castle

It is said that for many years a ghost has been haunting the Grunewald hunting lodge. Many strange things can be found in the old paintings and sometimes they seem to fall out of the paintings. Are we dealing with magic objects here or are there other explanations? What is there to the ghost stories?
