Once a year, the fort becomes a lively gathering place for nature, culture, and volunteer work.

Families can look forward to hands-on activities, crafts, games, geocaching, and rowing. Local organizations showcase their work, and food and drinks are provided.
A walk across the right glacis leads to a viewing platform with a view over the moat.
