The focus of the program is Miller's current album Vagabond, recorded at Studio La Buissonne in France. It combines jazz, pop, acoustic folk, contemporary classical and Latin American sounds to create a unique musical experience. In addition, the band will reinterpret well-known pieces from Sting's repertoire in jazz and folk style and develop them further through improvisation.
Since the release of The Soul Cages in 1991, Dominic Miller has been an indispensable musical partner of Sting. Together they have created classics such as Shape Of My Heart and La Belle Dame sans regrets.
Miller most recently accompanied Sting through Europe on the successful Sting 3.0 tour in 2024, and further dates are already planned for 2025. But Miller has also long been a fixture as a solo artist and has released twelve acclaimed albums to date.
Miller's concerts are characterized by virtuoso guitar playing and a fascinating mix of jazz and world music - an experience not to be missed.
