A CYCLE SONG CYCLE BY AND WITH THE PRESENT AT EIERHÄUSCHEN / SPREEPARK
What came first: tree or seed, summer or winter, supply or demand, "big bang" or "big bang", the chicken or the egg? You don't know either. But to get to the bottom of these circular questions, the vocal ensemble THE PRESENT travels with the audience not only to the egg house in Spreepark, but also through romantic song cycles, pop sounds and the eternal return of various television show formats of the last decades.

In its usual witty way, THE PRESENT looks at the linear present and musically and playfully considers which cycles life is actually subject to, daily, monthly, annually.
Look forward to reality TV with a classic concert character, excellent voices, quirky guests and absurd presenters.
Experience conflicts between cyclical beings in a linear system. Find the “most exuberant, most lively and most world-affirming” version of yourself. And shout “insatiable da capo” with THE PRESENT (and Nietzsche).
