Children’s Culture Month at the Museum of Natural History
Every October, Children’s Culture Month offers children and families a unique programme of hands-on activities and experiences. Across all of Berlin’s districts, museums, art and music schools, theatres, galleries, dance schools, cinemas and many more open their doors to paint, explore, dance and make music together with children. There’s something exciting for everyone aged between 4 and 12!
At the Museum of Natural History, children join artist Marlene Bart in exploring fascinating objects such as minerals, fossils and insects – as well as the skins and furs of taxidermied animals.
Using paper, pencils and paint, they continue their artistic exploration and create imaginative nature scenes and picture panels.
- Age: 8 to 12 years
- Maximum number of participants: 15
