Pablo Neruda and his Latin America
South America in turmoil, which can lead to riots, to protests turning into violence - as in the 20th century, so in the recent past. The struggles and suffering have found expression and worldwide appeal in reports, poetry and music.

The Chilean singer Aruma Itzamaray and the songwriter and theatre musician Tobias Thiele invite you on a journey from Chile to Cuba with their duo Yarawi with music and poetry. Poems by Pablo Neruda, Nicolás Guillén, Mario Benedetti, music by Victor Jara, Carlos Puebla, Daniel Viglietti and their own songs will be heard.
A perspective on the suffering of Latin America to sharpen our view of a world we want to live in.
