This year,
the top three places will be awarded. On December 16, 2023, at 6:00 PM, the
votes will be publicly counted, and the winners will be announced in the
Project Space Gallery M.
1st place
will receive a certificate, a statuette, and a cash prize of 500 euros.
2nd place
will receive a certificate and a cash prize of 300 euros.
3rd place
will receive a certificate and a cash prize of 200 euros.
On the day
of the award ceremony, the statuette and certificates will be presented, and
all cash prizes will be transferred electronically within one month.
Who can
participate? All
artists, regardless of age, gender, education, or nationality, who physically
submit their works on November 25, 2023, starting at 10 AM, at the Project
Space Gallery M, Marzahner Promenade 46, 12679 Berlin, are eligible. Previous
year's winners are excluded from participation. The gallery will accept as many
works as space allows. Each artist has 2 vertical square meters on the wall or
2 cubic meters of space in the room. Artists can exhibit as many works as they
can fit in the allocated space. The works will be numbered and kept anonymous
for the voting process. Visitors will have the opportunity to vote for their
favorite artwork during the exhibition's opening hours from November 28 to
December 15, 2023. Voting is anonymous and will take place in the Project Space
using numbered cards. Once the award is given, the names of all participating
artists will be disclosed, and the exhibition will remain on display for
another month. Legal recourse is excluded.
Restriction: No perishable, explosive, or
dangerous items. Works containing hate speech or promoting violence and hatred
against individuals or groups are disqualified from participation in the
exhibition.
