The Berlin-Wedding Singers, founded in 2022 in the Wedding district of Berlin, are a five-part a cappella choir that presents pop and rock songs in an unconventional way, arranged by their creative musical director, Dr Sascha Spieweg.

The musical variety is surprising, ranging from Robbie Williams to Metallica, and from the Beatles through Muse to System of a Down. The result is a programme that offers a fresh take on well-known hits, sometimes with subtle humour, sometimes with powerful sound.
They captivate audiences with their original arrangements, in which the voices interweave, build upon one another and complement each other, much like an orchestra. The contrast between familiar songs and unexpected interpretations makes the Berlin-Wedding Singers’ performances particularly exciting and well worth listening to.
