The Art of Letting Go

The focus is on one of the most challenging questions of good leadership: how much responsibility do you actually delegate – and where do you secretly still hold on? Instead of slides and theory, the emphasis is on hands-on experience and practical insights for day-to-day leadership.

After a brief personal introduction, we’ll get down to the practical side: in small groups, you’ll work on real-life situations from the day-to-day world of leadership – from a spontaneous pay rise offer to a client pitch – using a card game developed specifically for this purpose. Open to anyone involved in leadership: whether you’re a young team leader, an experienced manager or an entrepreneur.
