Stories about wind and wine, water and beer
Wine from Prenzlauer Berg? Pfefferberg, Prater, Kulturbrauerei - these sonorous names are immediately associated with Prenzlauer Berg, and yet they are only a small remnant of the many breweries and beer gardens on this hill.

But vineyards, windmills and a water tower also characterize the history of this district, which received its name in 1921. On the walk through the history of Prenzlauer Berg, guests learn where they were located, where beer is once again brewed and wine is harvested today, and how today's trendy district has developed from cornfields, restaurants and tenement buildings.
