The tour centres on ‘Romanza’ – the album featuring the hits that made Andrea Bocelli a global star 30 years ago and which remains one of the most successful Italian-language albums of all time. The star tenor has a special connection with Germany: in 1996, his performance at Henry Maske’s farewell boxing match turned him into a superstar overnight. The song “Con te partirò” from “Romanza” became world-famous in the English-Italian version “Time to Say Goodbye”, which Bocelli sang together with Sarah Brightman.
With the “Romanza World Tour”, themed “Celebrating 30 Years of Romanza. A Timeless Journey of Music and Emotions”, Bocelli is celebrating the key milestones of his unique international career and promises an unforgettable concert experience: profound emotions, timeless melodies and the unmistakable voice of an artist who has been touching people all over the world for 30 years.
