In conjunction with the current exhibition “Colonial Traces of Reinickendorf’s Industrial History” at GalerieETAGE, there arose both a desire and a need to reexamine and present selected objects in the permanent exhibition spaces at the Museum Reinickendorf from the perspective of a (de-)colonial context.

Through a digital offering for visitors, as well as guided tours and discussion panels with PoC (People of Color), the aim is to open up multi-perspective views of the exhibition objects and, as interventions, to give voice to and make heard a second and third perspective in each case.
