Berlin Christmas bike tour
Bikers in Christmas costumes ride through Berlin on 12 December 2026 for a good cause
The Berlin Christmas Bike Tour raises funds for those in need and brings the joy of Christmas to the city’s social welfare organisations.
When Berlin’s streets are transformed into a rolling Christmas wonderland on the third Saturday of Advent, it’s time once again for the Berlin Christmas Bike Tour. What began as a labour of love is now one of the capital’s most impressive charitable events during the festive season. From Lankwitz Town Hall to the Charlottenburg Christmas market, riders in fancy dress whizz through Berlin on festively decorated motorbikes for a good cause.
A Christmas convoy with a heart: the Berlin Christmas Bike Tour
On 12 December 2026, Father Christmases, angels and reindeer on two wheels will gather at Lankwitz Town Hall to ride through the city on their lovingly decorated motorbikes. Their mission: to show people in need in Berlin that they haven’t been forgotten – and, quite literally, to deliver presents and donations. Anyone dressed in Christmas attire and with a festively decorated bike is welcome to join in.
The tour takes in several stops, including the Berliner Herz children’s hospice (Karl-Marx-Allee 66, Friedrichshain) and the Berliner Stadtmission (Lehrter Straße 68, Moabit). Two vans full of presents will be joining the ride to fulfil the wish lists from both organisations. To round off the event, the Christmas Bikers will stop at the romantic Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace, where they will draw attention to their charitable cause with a speech.
