Berlin is a city full of contrasts, and this is also reflected in its shopping culture. In addition to fashionable shopping streets with luxury brands, you will also find alternative shops, sustainable fashion and young labels that celebrate innovation and individuality. Unlike in many other cities, there is no one big centre here.

Spread across the entire city, you will find a variety of shopping districts where small, independent shops and creative pop-up stores dominate the scene. The special Berlin flair is also evident in the many flea markets, which attract bargain hunters and vintage lovers every weekend - and of course also for Sunday shopping:inside.

Shopping in Berlin is more than just shopping - it's an immersion in the creative, cultural and fashionable diversity of the capital.

Highlights include the Schloss, Boulevard Berlin and Forum Steglitz, all of which offer a variety of international brands and restaurants. The street scores with its family-friendly atmosphere - ideal for relaxed shopping without the hustle and bustle.

Karl-Marx-Straße: Karl-Marx-Straße in Neukölln is Berlin's shopping street with a special character. This is where urban multicultural flair meets a wide range of shopping opportunities. From large chain stores to small local shops, there is something for everyone. The largest shopping centre is the Neukölln Arcaden. Be sure to visit the Klunkerkranich, a rooftop bar with a great view over the neighbourhood.
