Playground on the Arkonaplatz

Sliding and climbing on the playground at Arkonaplatz

When the weather's good, many families visit the park on Arkonaplatz and the well-run children's play area of approximately 1,600 square-metres. The main attraction is the climbing equipment with high towers and the large silver half tunnel slide. Climbing and wobbly bridges and trampolines offer plenty of opportunities to let off steam. The two roundabouts are always surrounded by children wanting to find out how quickly they get dizzy. The hexagon swing with tyre seats provides a whole group with swinging fun.

Parents can recover nearby

Comfy banquettes around the public playground invite you to linger. Parents and children can have snacks and a drink in the numerous trendy cafes. On Sundays, two of the finest Berlin flea markets invite you to take a stroll. One is located right on the Arkonaplatz and the other a few steps away in the Mauerpark.
