How far in advance can I cancel the group bookings?
The cancellation and payment terms depend on the service. Guided tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour begins.
What are the prices for tour guides, buses and transfers?

How can I pay for the services I have booked?
Payment for experiences booked online can be made via PayPal, Visa, Amex, GPay or Mastercard. If you submit an enquiry via the contact form, you will receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer. The fee for tour guide services is paid directly to the service provider you have booked, either on the spot against a receipt or in advance by bank transfer. Bus services are paid in advance to the coach operator by bank transfer.
How do I receive the travel information for the services I have booked?
