“OXYGENE & BEYOND”
“OXYGENE & BEYOND” promises a fascinating journey through Jarre’s distinctive soundscapes – an expedition through space and time that also marks the dawn of a new era of creative revolution.
The tour is set to kick off in Europe in autumn 2027. It is scheduled to continue worldwide until 2028. Alongside classics spanning five decades, Jarre will also present new music from an album due for release in spring 2027, the first tracks from which will be performed live.
The tour coincides with a special anniversary year:
In November 2026, an expanded edition of ‘Oxygene’ will be released, featuring a new stereo remaster, Dolby Atmos and 5.1 mixes, as well as bonus material.
In addition, Jarre is publishing “MACHINES by Jean-Michel Jarre: A History of Electronic Music”, a book on the history of electronic sound generation – from analogue synthesisers to AI-assisted music production.
