Peppi Guggenheim’s ‘Exil’ music programme @ Little Stage
The timeless compositions and multi-layered arrangements promise something truly special – urban grooves, a furious mix of jazz, groove and space.
The band’s international members tour the world – Tokyo, New York, Lisbon, Rome, etc., to name but a few. All four musicians are true masters and virtuosos on their instruments.
- Reiner Hess – alto saxophone / composition
- Peer Neumann – keyboard
- Roberto Badoglio – electric bass
- Manuel Podhostnik – drums
Peer Neumann plays the piano – a sensitive accompanist and gifted musician. On electric bass is the magnificent Roberto Badoglio from Italy. He is one of the finest electric bassists around and provides a powerful groove. The man on the drums is Manuel Podhostnik. With 17 hands and 8 legs, he manages to produce thousands of sounds and captivate the audience with his drumming. Reiner Hess on saxophone is the band’s bundle of energy. His ecstatic solos are unique and gripping; pure energy that spreads to the whole band.
Together they are unbeatable and conjure up a groovy spectacle on stage. With great enthusiasm and relentless passion, they have been taking their audience on an exciting and intense journey through space and time since 2017.
