Curling rinks at the Kongresshotel Potsdam

Curling right by Lake Templin: Compete against friends, family or colleagues on the all-weather curling rinks at the Kongresshotel Potsdam. Enjoy a round in the fresh air and then pop into the hotel restaurant afterwards.

Opening times:

• Regular: From 12 November to 20 December 2025:
• Opening hours: Wednesday to Friday from 3 pm to 8 pm; in January and February 2026, only on Fridays from 3 pm to 8 pm.
• Special opening hours: Further details can be found in the booking calendar.
• Last round: Always starts at 7.00 pm.

Location:

The curling rinks are situated in the outdoor area of the Kongresshotel Potsdam, right on Lake Templin.

Booking information:

• Prices: In November and December, the price is €149 per rink per hour. In January and February, it is €129 per rink per hour.
• Player capacity: Ideally, 8 people can play on one rink at the same time. Larger groups can also take turns during the playing session.
• Weather resistance: The rinks are weatherproof thanks to modern synthetic surfaces and partial roofing provided by the building.

Table reservations at the restaurant:

After a game of curling, you can stop off at one of the Kongresshotel’s cosy restaurants to round off the day. The rinks are situated in a sheltered location beneath the hotel’s roofed sections, providing ideal protection from the elements in the event of rain. Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted. The hotel’s house rules apply.

Location information

By public transport, take tram line 91 or the regional train from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof to the Bahnhof Pirschheide stop. From there, it is about a 5-minute walk, following the signs for the hotel. If travelling by car, you can park free of charge directly at Pirschheide station or, for a fee, in the Kongresshotel’s multi-storey car park.
