Deutsches Theater
This year’s Kleist Prize has been awarded to Thomas Melle, an author whose work—disturbing in the best sense of the word—grapples with the contradictions of the contemporary world. Thomas Melle is no stranger to the Deutsches Theater. In March 2027, his plays *Die Welt im Rücken* and *Haus zur Sonne* will premiere on the DT stage.
