Tomer Gardi has travelled the world for his novel *Deliveries*. The book follows the routes taken by delivery drivers, but is also a response to the expectations placed on an Israeli author in the wake of 7 October 2023.

Like few others, Tomer Gardi has perfected the aesthetics of farce, guided by the motto ‘I see something you don’t want to see’, thereby making provocative references to the hidden depths of the collective psyche and German day-to-day politics.
The writer Mely Kiyak and the literary scholar and philosopher of religion Yael Kupferberg will share passages that inspire them to reflect, rant or laugh. Together with Insa Wilke, they will discuss the literary and political dimensions of *Liefern*.
