Hans-Jürgen Schatz reads winter and Christmas stories by Maugham, Storm, Pillau, Fontane, Kästner, Morgenstern and others.
He masterfully satirises Miss Reid’s chattiness and the ship’s German crew, who, by contrast, seem rather taciturn. The clash of such contrasting characters on board is sure to provide plenty of amusement.
