With Sarmen Almond

In the third edition of the Raw Voice Lab, Sarmen Almond (Fellow 2026) once again focuses on working with voice and movement for the stage. During the sessions, participants will work on listening attentively and developing their auditory ability to contextualise vocal sounds and motifs within a sonic environment.

The workshops are aimed at musicians, improvisers, performers and curious individuals who have a desire or an intuitive need to work with their voices in a variety of dynamic and expressive contexts.

On the final day of the workshop, there will be a public presentation featuring the participants. Anna Clementi has been invited to respond to the outcomes of the Raw Voice Lab with her distinctive presence and her many years’ experience in improvisation and voice work.
