Multi-sensory performance with DGS
Light Trees is set in a world full of beings and light, in which violence is gradually robbing the land of its colours and its radiance. Triggered by the Japanese government’s attempts to reinterpret and erase the history of sexual slavery during the Second World War, the piece recounts this process of injustice through metaphorical imagery.
