The show about dreams, courage and life

They dream of being an influencer or a football star, of travelling the world and having lots of money, of happiness and peace, and sometimes simply of a roof over their heads and a meal a day. Willi Weitzel – known from the programme *Willi wills wissen* – has asked lots of people about their dreams.

This has led to even more questions: What do I dream of? What is stopping me from fulfilling my dreams? Do children dream bigger than adults? Why are people trying to talk me out of my dreams? Can we learn – or unlearn – how to dream?

Accompanied by striking photographs on a large screen, Willi gives a compelling account of his encounters with people all over the world and of how he is fulfilling his own childhood dreams.

• He sets off on a long journey in a homemade raft,

• he goes on the longest walk of his life,

• he treats himself to a visit to the Land of Milk and Honey,

• he sets off on a journey across the wide world.

Along the way, he discovers just how differently people dream: often modest and small in scale, but also that dreams can grow and develop magical powers. A show brimming with real life, inspiring adventures, moving depth, crazy ideas and funny anecdotes. Anyone who knows Willi knows this: it’s more than just entertainment; it’s an experience that touches the heart and lingers in the memory. 90 minutes of laughter, wonder, excitement and, of course, dreaming! And what do you dream of?

PS: In making his dreams come true, Willi received fantastic support from Annika Preil (Anna and the Wild Animals) and Julian Janssen (Checker Julian).

Recommended age: For everyone aged 5–99.

PS: Willi is looking forward to welcoming children – and those who once were children. We therefore extend a warm invitation to apprentices, students and anyone else seeking inspiration.
