On the fourth weekend of Advent, the Berlin Symphonic Chamber Orchestra and the Max Reger Choir invite you to the Chamber Music Hall for Bach’s Christmas Oratorio. Johann Sebastian Bach’s classic is as much a part of the Christmas season as almost any other work: festive, moving and possessing a timeless beauty that still resonates today.

Originally composed as a cycle of six cantatas, the Christmas Oratorio tells the story of the birth of Christ. The programme features Cantatas I–III – a magnificent musical moment and the perfect occasion to ring in the Christmas season in festive style.
