A cross-generational trip to the museum: this event gives grandparents and grandchildren the chance to explore together what Berlin was like in the past.

Bei der Enkelkinderzeit Kultur verbringt ihr zusammen eine schöne Zeit im Museum.

This museum visit will be a very special experience: on a short tour of the ‘BerlinZEIT – The City Makes History!’ exhibition, you’ll be shown artefacts that are sure to surprise you. You’ll also hear stories about Berlin that you may not have heard before. You can also have your photo taken on the ‘Pitty’ scooter, and every child taking part will receive the family booklet ‘Come along to BerlinZEIT!’

Afterwards, you’ll bring your favourite Berlin story to life by creating a creative 3D map. This will give you a souvenir to remind you of your journey into the city’s past.

You’re welcome to enjoy the snacks and drinks you’ve brought with you in the museum lab.
