What if hypnosis didn’t work primarily through words, but rather through presence, attention, movement, and nonverbal communication? This two-day, hands-on workshop focuses on the fundamentals and practical methods of nonverbal hypnosis and demonstrates how hypnotic processes can be guided and deepened even without traditional verbal suggestions.

The workshop is organized by Sharon Xiao (QHHT Level 3 Practitioner & Hypnotist). Dr. Giancarlo Russo will lead the program as a guest trainer. A psychologist, physical therapist, and author, he has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of hypnosis and specializes in nonverbal hypnosis.

The focus includes eye contact and directing attention, body posture and movement, rhythm and breathing, as well as the perception of nonverbal signals. It also involves recognizing physical signs of trance and specifically deepening and guiding hypnotic states.

The workshop is highly practice-oriented: In addition to live demonstrations, there will be partner exercises and guided practical applications. This allows participants not only to learn about the methods theoretically but also to observe, experience, and try them out for themselves.

No prior knowledge of hypnosis is required. The workshop is designed for practicing hypnotists and coaches as well as psychotherapists, bodyworkers, healthcare professionals, and interested beginners.

Since the format includes a high proportion of hands-on practice and allows for intensive personal guidance, the number of participants is limited.
