Bringing together works councils, staff councils, ensemble representatives, representatives and officers: FAIRSTAGE invites colleagues from all departments and trades within Berlin’s theatres to discuss co-determination in the workplace.

FAIR STAGE
Following a round of introductions and a brief presentation by ver.di, participants will discuss the structure and effectiveness of representative bodies in smaller groups. Afterwards, there will be time for an open discussion.
Everyone is invited who holds a relevant position, who feels such a role is lacking in their own organisation, or who is simply interested in the perspectives and interests of employees.
The FAIRSTAGE meeting point is a shared space for reflection and discussion on specific problems and broader issues facing those working in Berlin’s theatre sector. It also serves to foster networking amongst employees from Berlin’s various theatres and the independent theatre scene.
- FAIRSTAGE is a pilot project that advocates for non-discriminatory and good working conditions in Berlin’s theatres.
