With keynote speeches, panel discussions, and open forums, the series provides a space for exchange, networking, and ideas on how women can take a more visible lead and assume leadership roles more effectively.
Prof. Dr. h.c. Jutta Allmendinger is one of Germany’s best-known social scientists. As a sociologist and education researcher, she has been studying equal opportunity, gender equality, and changes in the world of work for many years. From 2007 to 2024, she served as president of the Berlin Social Science Center (WZB). Through her research, publications, and public engagement, she shapes the sociopolitical debate in Germany and advocates for greater participation, better educational opportunities, and a society based on equality.
