10TH ANNIVERSARY

What began ten years ago as an invitation to discover the world around you has now become a global movement. With the Pokémon GO Summer Quest, that feeling is back—this time right in the heart of Berlin.

Social media megastars Younes Zarou and Noel Robinson are heating things up with a live race across the city, while Trainers from all over Germany are coming together to play, explore, and experience unforgettable moments.

Pokémon GO Summer Quest Brings Berlin Players Together with Social Media Stars Berlin fans can look forward to a very special experience with the Pokémon GO Summer Quest: social media megastars Younes Zarou and Noel Robinson will compete against each other in a live race across the city—catching Pokémon, completing challenges, and unlocking new ways to get around.

The finale will take place on the weekends of August 1–2 and August 8–9 at the interactive Summer Quest Takeover event at the RAW Gelände in Berlin-Friedrichshain, where fans can watch the race live, meet the creators in person, and enjoy exclusive Pokémon GO experiences.

Anyone who opens the app within the event grounds will unlock a free, time-limited research quest with in-game rewards and, upon completing the first stage, will receive a free coffee at the Pokémon GO pop-up stand. Those who complete the entire research quest will also have the chance to win a trip for two to Japan.

Join in Nationwide

No problem if you can’t make it to Berlin—the Summer Quest experience is also available nationwide. Anyone who completes the entire research, uses the “What’s Your Favorite?” feature, and shares their post on Instagram with #pokemongosummerquest will be entered into a drawing for a trip for two to Pokémon GO Fest 2027 in Europe—including flights and three nights’ accommodation. The deadline for entries is August 31, 2026; the drawing will take place on September 14, and winners will be notified by September 30, 2026.
