Viktoria Fahringer is dedicated to the culinary traditions of her homeland. For her cookbook “Meine Tiroler Welt” (My Tyrolean World), she embarked on a culinary journey of discovery through Tyrol to explore what makes the region’s cuisine so distinctive.
At the start of the event, she’ll offer insights into her work and the creation of the book. Afterward, guests can enjoy selected dishes from the book.
The event will be accompanied by a screening of the documentary of the same name (47 min.), which follows Viktoria Fahringer on her journey. Afterward, there will be an opportunity to purchase the cookbook and chat with the author.
Tyrolean wines and other traditional beverages will be available for purchase.
