After a standing ovation on "TV Noir": Ronja Lou’s debut album "Tagebuch einer People Pleaserin" gets under your skin—release concert at the ufaFabrik.

In the summer of 2025, German pop singer-songwriter Ronja Lou appeared as a surprise guest on “TV Noir” alongside Max Giesinger and Alice Merton—and received a standing ovation that lasted several minutes after just one song! This performance is one of over 100 concerts and festival appearances across Germany, where Ronja Lou has built a loyal community that supports her with over 200,000 streams across various platforms.

Her debut album, “Tagebuch einer People Pleaserin,” will be released on September 4, 2026. In twelve musical therapy sessions, she tells the story of her healing journey—how she fought to reclaim her zest for life after her experience with domestic violence. The songs don’t sound heavy; instead, they radiate hope and feel like a gentle embrace.

She blends her vulnerable, autobiographical lyrics with euphoric German pop beats and orchestral arrangements to create her own genre: “Deeptalk-Pop.”

Ronja Lou’s music is a place for those who feel life intensely: uncompromising, courageous, gentle, and rebellious all at once. At times, her delicate, goosebump-inducing voice floats above the piano, so that during ballads like “Rabenschwarz,” you could hear a pin drop in the hall. At other times, the entire hall roars along to her breakup anthems and jumps along to energetic songs like “Bilderbuchnarzisst.” For her orchestral elements, she creates live loops using her flugelhorn and piano.

Ronja Lou’s songs sound like a pillow fight after a long night of deep conversations with good friends: warm, shimmering synthesizer sounds meet driving beats, and her voice floats above it all like a gentle embrace that says, “You’re not alone, even if that’s how you feel right now.”

As an “architect of emotions between daydreams and the dance floor,” she leaps across the stage in a tulle skirt and a big bow, celebrating radical romance with a heart full of big-city poetry—especially for herself! So she shouts her battle cry to everyone who’s tired of trying to please everyone: PEOPLE PLEASERS UNITE!

Ronja Lou is forging her path to her debut album uncompromisingly in her own way: without a label and with an almost entirely female team, she’s carving out her own path through the music industry. Already in her first year, she had her music featured multiple times on ZDF and BR, played support shows for Stilbruch and Judy Bailey, and made it onto over 1,100 playlists.

On September 4, 2026, her album “Tagebuch einer People Pleaserin” will be released. She’ll celebrate the journey leading up to this milestone with her album release concert on September 5 at the ufaFabrik in Berlin—alongside many guest musicians.
