STAY CORE: Festival Week from October 3 to 11, 2026
The citywide festival week for CLUB CULTURE DAY in 2026 will be held under the theme STAY CORE. Clubs, collectives, and event organizers are invited to develop formats that address the central questions of our time:
How can cultural spaces of freedom endure? How do we create places for diversity, dissent, and solidarity? And how can club culture maintain its role as a testing ground for alternative futures, even amid increasing social and economic pressure?
As in previous years, Berlin’s club culture is expected to captivate clubgoers with a unique program during the festival week.
About CLUB CULTURE DAY
CLUB CULTURE DAY is being organized for the seventh time by Clubcommission Berlin e.V. The project is funded by the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion and implemented in collaboration with Musicboard Berlin. The goal is to highlight the cultural significance of Berlin’s club culture and to provide long-term support to its key players.
Culture Award for Outstanding Club Culture
Since 2020, CLUB CULTURE DAY has been honoring Berlin clubs and collectives whose work opens up new perspectives, strengthens communities, and fosters cultural innovation. The award serves as recognition for their cultural work to date and their contribution to Berlin’s club culture.
