Museum afternoon to get to know other visitors

Are you interested in art, history, and culture—and would you like not only to discover new things but also to meet new people? Then you’re cordially invited to “Art & Encounters” at the Oranienburg Castle Museum.

On this special afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the Oranienburg Palace Museum in a relaxed atmosphere—and strike up conversations with other visitors along the way. Whether you’re admiring works of art, discussing shared interests, or exploring the palace’s history together:

Here, cultural enjoyment and personal encounters come together in a very special way.

Here’s how it works: Anyone open to conversation and making new connections will receive a colored wristband at the museum ticket office. It signals: “I’m looking forward to meeting new people.” This makes it easy to strike up conversations and make initial connections during the tour—perhaps even the start of new friendships.

This event is open to people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds. Openness, diversity, and mutual respect are at the heart of the experience. We look forward to your participation—and to enriching encounters between art, history, and people.
